Hi, I’m Izabella and I take pride in unlocking people’s full career potential.
About me: I’m an award-winning head of product and mentor, with a track record of successful international product launches in the Media&Entertainment and Education sectors. I led cross-regional and cross-functional teams, as a direct and indirect manager, and influenced senior leaders in matrix organisations.
I actively devote time on a daily basis to coach my team members in order to plan strategically their career next steps, develop the hard/ soft skills required to influence and manage those stakeholders and get on top of their game. My team members tend to get high performance reviews/and promotions and my mentees achieve their targets.
I invest in continuous world-class education (inc. MBA) and coaching/ training, and I find quite satisfying to pass my toolkit on to my mentees, so they can themselves help develop others in the same way. Onwards and upwards!
